. Return request must be raised within 7 days of product delivery

. Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

. Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

. Product should be in its original condition

 

2. Reasons Eligible for Return

Returns will be accepted in case of:

• Wrong product delivered
• Size issue (if size exchange is enabled)
• Manufacturing defect
• Damaged product received

Please note: Minor colour variation due to lighting or screen resolution is not considered a defect.

 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at support@youandonly.in within 7 days of delivery
2. Share your order ID, reason for return, and clear product images
3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through self-shipping

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after quality inspection of the returned product
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after receiving the product

If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

 

5. Exchange Policy

• One-time exchange is allowed per order (subject to stock availability)
• Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• If the exchanged product is unavailable, a refund will be processed

 

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed

 

7. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued if:

• Return request is raised after the return window
• Product is damaged due to misuse
• Product is returned without original tags or packaging
